Weekly Workout Schedule 9/14 – 9/20

Sore Today Strong Tommorow

Happy Monday everyone! The weekend is over already and Monday is here again!

Monday ecard

Last week was a great week for me! I woke up early two days last week and got in my workouts before work.

Also, last Monday I started my first Beachbody challenge group with a few other coaches! It’s so exciting to be able to help people who are on their fitness journeys. Living a healthy lifestyle is something I have truly learned to appreciate over the last year and being able to help others on the path is such a rewarding experience.

On to last week’s workouts!

Weekly Workout Schedule 9.14.15 - 9.20.15

Monday – I was so super happy to get the PiYo workouts in the mail when I got home. I was going to do a 21 Day Fix workout but instead switched it up. I completed the Alignment Fundamentals before I started (highly recommended if you’re new to PiYo). Then it was onto the Upper Body workout. The PiYo workout was great because I could feel my body working but there was no heavy impact what-so-ever!

PiYo

Tuesday – rest day. I needed the extra sleep in the morning and had a few things to do around the house. As much as I love working out I always need a rest day or two.

Wednesday – I set my alarm to go off nice and early and didn’t hit snooze! Upper Body Fix time. No matter how many times I do these workouts it is difficult each time and I don’t mind that one bit. I like to feel like I’ve worked hard during my exercise. My current goal is to tone my arms and I know the Upper Body fix will get me there.

Thursday – I did not hit that snooze button second day in a row. Yay for me! Don’t think just because PiYo is low impact that it’s easy because it is not!! I’ve always known I am not flexible but these PiYo workouts are really making me focus on that now. I hope to slowly over time improve on this.

Friday – always a rest day for because well it’s Friday

Saturday – If you’re not following me on Snapchat – krystaldiaries, you are missing out. I Snapped my entire way through the NYC Wipeout Run! It’s based on the TV Show and so much fun. Check back Wednesday for my recap on it.

Sunday – I haven’t done a spin class in about a week and I felt like I was going through withdrawals. Most of the Peloton Cycle classes I’ve done have been the prerecorded on-demand classes but this time This time I followed one of the live classes. Jenn S is a great instructor and the NFL pregame theme was pretty fun even though I am not a football fan.

So that was my week of workouts!

Starting today I will be starting my first day of straight 21 Day Fix workouts for a full 3 weeks as part of the group I’m coaching. I’m super excited. If you are interested in joining one of my challenge groups comment below! Challenge groups are so much fun and such a great way to stay on track!

Also in the works is a free healthy eating challenge starting September 28th. I can’t wait to get that going! It’s super simple and not as scary as it sounds. I promise 🙂 Anyone can join in on it! I’ll post full details tomorrow.
