Eating healthy is not always easy but it doesn’t have to be hard either. Healthy eating does not equal boring foods.
If you’ve been following along for a while, you’ll know I wasn’t always into health and fitness. I was as a teenager and then fell off track in college and that lasted ten years! Ten years of not being aware of my health or sticking to any sort of fitness routine.
Over the past year I’ve learned so much. How to eat healthy, when to treat myself because I DO NOT believe in extremes and I’ve seen the changes in both my physical health and mental health. I’m much less stressed now that I used to be and my physical stamina has improved tremendously.
Healthy eating was not always easy for me. I love my sweets and desserts but I’ve learned to not eat them everyday. It took time but I’m now in a routine of eating good for my body foods most of the time. Good for your body foods do not have to be boring.
I’ve put together a FREE easy to follow meal plan with recipes and a grocery list and I want to share it with all of you! If you find it hard to eat clean or cut out desserts and junk then this is for you. It’s only for 7 days starting next Monday the 28th and you can do anything for 7 days! I’ll be with you along the whole way to help keep you on track.
