Have You Heard of Peloton Cycle?

Peloton Cycle Review

It’s no secret, I’m addicted to spin classes. I joined a local gym almost a year ago now tried my first spin class and I was hooked. That wonderful feeling I get when I swear I’m about to die any second but finish the class and realize I’m still alive, is amazing. I mean the feeling like I’m going to die sucks, but the feeling of accomplishment is pretty great. Spin is an intense cardio session without putting too much impact on my joints as I previously learned from trying to run, I can’t handle.

I’ll admit sometimes it’s hard to make it to the gym in time for class. I can never make the morning classes as they don’t leave me enough time to get to work without being late (showing up to work late is not an option) and let’s face it I live in New York, our traffic is horrendous, so sometimes I don’t make it to the classes after work either.

That’s where Peloton Cycle comes in! They have a studio in NYC but that’s not what got me hooked. Peloton Cycle offers live streaming classes and hundreds of on demand classes right on your iPad . I signed up for the 14 day trial and fell in love. So in love, I froze my gym membership (I’m not totally ready to cut the cord yet) After the trial was up, to continue using their iPad app with my own bike (not theirs) was cheaper than my gym membership.

The classes are fast paced and fun. There are so many different instructors to choose from if one isn’t your cup of tea. If a live class doesn’t fit into my schedule, even though there’s a class almost every hour, there are plenty of pre-recorded on demand classes for me to choose from. The option to change up the type of cycling class/instructor is great as it challenges me so much more than having the same instructor every week at the gym.

Now of course to take a spin/cycling class at home, a stationary bike is needed. Luckily I have one already. Peloton Cycle offers their own bike but it is kinda sorta extremely pricey. Thank goodness I have my own bike already that was like a fraction of the cost of Peloton’s because money does not grow on trees for this girl. I did purchase this to hook my

super fancy right?

So if you are looking for an at home spin/cycle option, Peloton Cycle might be a good option for you. I know SoulCycle and other spin studios can be expensive or the classes can be hard to fit into busy schedules.

I’m so glad I found them!

Have you tried Peloton Cycle before?

Any other spin obsessed gals out there?

This is not a sponsored post in anyway. I just like the at home option so much that I wanted to share for anyone out there who’s been searching for a cycle class at home but still wants to feel like they’re at a studio and just as physically challenging.

I fell in love with spinning a few years ago when I lived near a gym that offered classes. I haven’t been able to get back in the groove with it yet but am hoping to when we move to Chicago. Love the idea of being able to spin in your home though. Maybe one day when we have more space I’ll be able to create my own personal studio!

It really is such a fun option to have and she can try it out for the first 14 days before she commits!
