    Healthy Homemade Pumpkin Spice Latte

    Just because it’s November does not mean it’s Christmas season already. After Halloween comes American Thanksgiving and that means pumpkin season is still going strong and I think you all already know how much I enjoy pumpkin flavored anything. PSLs are up there as one of my favorite drinks during the fall. My wallet doesn’t love them so much though and let’s be real there is way more sugar in one Venti PSL than any human should consume in a day. I actually like to order my PSLs with only two pumps because the full five pumps is just too much for me. So in an effort to keep money in my wallet and cut back on the oh so yummy sugar, I’ve started making my own pumpkin spice lattes at home with collagen and MCT oil added in!
